This User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the rights and obligations between you and Xintu Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the downloading, installation and use of the "SynTrek" software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").
Please read all terms of this Agreement carefully and fully understand its contents before registration. If you have any objections, you may choose not to use this Software. Once you confirm and accept this User Registration Agreement, this Agreement shall take legal effect between you and us, signifying that you fully agree to and accept all its provisions. Please read prudently and decide whether to accept the Agreement (minors shall read it accompanied by their legal guardians).
You shall become a registered user of the Software after completing all registration procedures in accordance with on-page prompts. You shall keep your account and password properly, and use them accurately and safely.
You shall be solely responsible for all conducts under your registered account, including acquisition and modification of personal information, as well as uploading, loading and transmission of inspection reports and any other content, together with all consequences arising therefrom. You shall independently judge all content in the Software and bear all risks incurred from using such content. We shall not be liable for any losses caused by your personal behaviors.
Welcome to use Xintu APP! To protect your legitimate rights and interests, this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store your personal information, as well as your corresponding rights. Please read and acknowledge this Privacy Policy prior to using our APP. Your continued use of the APP shall be deemed as your full understanding and acceptance of all terms herein.
In this Policy, references to "Xintu", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Xintu Technology Co., Ltd. together with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the functions and services provided by our own APP, excluding any products or services offered by third parties via this APP (hereinafter referred to as "Third-Party Services"). We collect only information necessary to realize product functions in compliance with laws and regulations, adhering to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and good faith. We collect and use your information mainly for the following purposes:
You may choose to use basic services in guest mode without registering an account or providing any personal information. If you intend to access more advanced services, you may complete account registration by submitting required information such as personal email address and mobile phone number and setting a login password.
We attach great importance to your privacy protection and hereby specify all access permissions applied by the APP as follows. We adopt multiple measures to safeguard your personal privacy and data security. Certain extended functions require access to your personal information; refusal to provide such information will not hinder your use of basic services, but may result in unavailability of partial advanced functions:
Bluetooth & Wi-Fi: Permissions are required for remote device connection and communication; you may turn them off after use.
Location: GPS positioning permission is mandatory for Bluetooth connection and communication, which can be closed after operation.
Camera: Used only for OCR recognition of vehicle VIN codes and account avatar shooting. We promise not to collect or store any captured images without authorization, and only save your confirmed avatars for personal display purpose.
Flashlight: Activated to facilitate VIN code scanning in low-light environments.
Vibration: Used to send prompt feedback upon successful VCI device activation.
Local Images: Photos selected from local albums can be set as personal avatars, which are only stored for exclusive personal display.
Videos: You may upload videos for user feedback, which are solely used to optimize product experience and will not be used for other purposes.
Documents: PDF files submitted via feedback channel are only adopted for service improvement.
Storage Authority: Vehicle model data will be saved locally or in cloud space for convenient access, and you may delete cached data at any time.
Call Status: We may obtain device information including IMSI, IMEI and SN to confirm your communication status and provide timely technical support when you request after-sales assistance.
To ensure timely push message reception even when the APP is closed or running in the background, the APP needs to enable self-start permission. Occasional system-triggered wake-up and associated startup behaviors are indispensable to guarantee normal operation of core services.
We shall strictly abide by legal regulations and user agreements, and use collected information only for the following authorized purposes:
2.1 Product & Service Optimization: Conduct statistical analysis on product usage data to upgrade services, carry out daily business operation, develop new functions and provide customer support. All statistical data will be processed without retaining any personal identifiable information.
2.2 Security Guarantee: Utilize relevant information to reinforce account security, detect, prevent and respond to fraudulent acts, abnormal operations, illegal behaviors and potential system risks.
2.3 Legal Compliance: Comply with applicable laws and respond to official legal procedures including inquiries from law enforcement and governmental authorities, as well as civil litigations and legal investigations.
2.4 Other purposes explicitly approved by you.
3.1 Retention Period: We retain your personal information only within the period necessary to fulfill the purposes stipulated in this Agreement, unless extended storage is approved by you or required by laws. After account cancellation or active information deletion, we will reserve your data only for the minimum period stipulated by laws, without any commercial utilization. All expired information will be securely destroyed in a standardized manner.
3.2 Storage Location: By using our APP and submitting personal data, you agree to the transmission and storage of your device data and personal information on servers managed by Xintu Technology.
3.3 Security Protection Measures: We adopt advanced technical means and standardized industry mechanisms to prevent data loss, leakage, damage and unauthorized access:
a. Sensitive personal information is encrypted and stored with isolated data management;
b. All data transmission adopts encrypted communication protocols;
c. Strict data access control and standardized approval procedures are implemented;
d. Complete data security monitoring and audit mechanisms are established.
3.4 Service Termination: In case of APP service suspension, we will inform users via in-app notifications and official announcements, delete user data within a reasonable period and terminate all information collection activities immediately.
We will never disclose your personal information to any third party except under the following circumstances:
4.1 We obtain your separate explicit consent in advance, with clear notification of disclosure purposes and information scope in compliance with relevant laws.
4.2 It is necessary to embed authorized third-party SDKs to ensure stable operation and functional realization of the APP. We will strictly verify the data usage rules of cooperative third parties, who are prohibited from using your information beyond authorized scope without additional user approval or legal provisions.
We may integrate third-party SDKs to realize partial service functions and ensure smooth APP operation. We conduct strict security inspection on all accessed third-party tools to protect user data security. We will timely update and publish the list of integrated third-party SDKs in accordance with service adjustment and business upgrading.
Registered users are entitled to exercise the following personal information-related rights:
6.1 Right to Access: You can log in to the APP to view your reserved personal information at any time.
6.2 Right to Rectification: You have the right to apply for correction if you find any errors in your personal information processed by us.
6.3 Right to Deletion: You may submit a data deletion request under any of the following circumstances:
a. Our information processing acts violate relevant laws and regulations;
b. Information is collected and used without your valid consent;
c. Processing behaviors breach the agreed terms between both parties;
d. You stop using our services or apply for account cancellation;
e. We terminate relevant product and service provision.
6.4 Account Cancellation Right: You can cancel your registered account independently via the personal information page in the APP. After successful cancellation, all services will be suspended, and your personal data will be cleared within the minimum legal retention period.
6.5 Request Response Rules: You may be required to complete identity verification before we process your applications. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable requests that involve excessive technical costs or infringe upon legitimate rights and interests of others.
This Privacy Policy is exclusively applicable to all products and services independently provided by Xintu Technology, excluding any third-party services which are governed by their own privacy policies.
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy irregularly in accordance with service adjustment and information processing rule updates. All revised clauses shall take effect as part of this official policy. We will notify users via official announcements, in-app pop-up windows or push notifications for major adjustments involving core service modes, information usage rules, data disclosure objects or user right changes, and obtain renewed user consent when necessary.
9.1 All terms of this Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with personal data protection laws and other applicable local regulations.
9.2 If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such clause shall be deemed revoked, while the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid and legally binding.
9.3 This Agreement may be issued in Chinese, English and other languages. In case of any inconsistency between different language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

We will verify relevant issues and respond to you within fifteen working days upon receipt of your feedback.
If you are a minor, please ask your legal guardian to fully read this Privacy Policy, and use our services or submit personal information only with guardian consent.
Please stop using our services immediately and inform us timely if your guardian disagrees with your use of our products and services.
Guardians may contact us to apply for complete deletion of minor-related personal data if unauthorized information collection is confirmed, and we will complete data removal after verification.
We shall not be held liable for temporary service interruption caused by regular software maintenance, unexpected emergencies, force majeure and system failures. We will make every effort to minimize service suspension duration.
We assume no responsibility for any user losses arising from third-party network failures, communication line faults, mobile device malfunctions, system instability and other force majeure factors.
You shall independently keep personal data properly, make regular data backups, and take preventive measures to avoid risks such as mobile phone virus invasion and malicious attacks.
We will not disclose your personal information to irrelevant third parties without legitimate official warrants, but we shall not be liable for information leakage losses caused by illegal infringement behaviors of external third parties.
This software and supporting products are exclusively designed for standard vehicle detection. Although we guarantee basic operational reliability, we shall not be liable for vehicle damage and safety accidents caused by vehicle self-faults, improper user operation or other objective factors, and all relevant risks shall be borne by users themselves. Users shall bear full legal responsibilities for any illegal acts committed during the use of our products. Please stop installation and use immediately if you disagree with the above disclaimers.
All intellectual property rights of this Software developed independently by Xintu Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to text content, icons, patterns, images, charts, color matching, interface layout, page framework and internal data, are fully owned by our company and protected by the Copyright Law, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property-related laws and regulations.
Without written official approval from Xintu Technology, no user shall use, copy, transfer or authorize any third party to exploit the above-mentioned intellectual property rights for commercial or non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities against all unauthorized infringers.
We may revise the terms of this User Service Agreement and Privacy Policy from time to time, and all revised contents shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement. If the revision substantially impairs your legitimate rights and interests, we will issue obvious official reminders or send email notifications before the revised version takes effect. Your continuous use of our services after revision shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated Agreement.
We hereby remind you to carefully review all liability exemption clauses and user obligation clauses in this Agreement, and assess relevant usage risks independently.
The conclusion, entry into force, interpretation, revision, supplementation, termination and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
All disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement and the use of our services shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the law.
Invalidation or unenforceability of any single clause shall not affect the legal validity and enforceability of all remaining clauses of this Agreement.
